Can we hire an engineer permanently?
Yes, after an agreed minimum period, with a conversion fee set in the contract.
What time zones do your engineers cover?
Our engineers work from India. They overlap most of the working day with Europe and keep agreed overlap hours with North America, typically three to four hours.
Do engineers use AI tools on our code?
Only the tools your policies allow. We agree an AI usage policy for each engagement before work starts.
